It's been a while...

Well, after serving the people of the state of Connecticut for over 5 years as a bail bondsman, I've seen a lot. Really, people just need help and most of the time don't know how to go about finding out or are too scared to ask. Roughly 6 months ago, I joined the Reliance House Inc. family that serves local communities in eastern Connecticut. While bailing people out of jail, I found myself trying to help them beyond just taking their money and running away without a care in the world like most bondsmen. Since Connecticut is working towards keeping people out of jail, just purely because of the cost which is now up to $58,0000  a year, that I would look to work towards the good of my neighbor rather than self interest greed. This self serving greed is the motive of all the bail bond companies of this state. Yes there is a need for a bail system, but it shouldn't come as a black eye to the community. A lot of these bail bondsmen are criminals themselves, but because of the lack of budget of the state to investigate the operations,  a majority just rob citizens, when they are suppose to be held to a higher level of fiduciary responsibility. It's really organized crime, that I wouldn't be surprised if the underworld crime organizations had their hands in.

Anyway, I'm putting distance between myself and the industry and giving up my license when it expires. I am glad that I was able to help a lot of people but I am sorry to those who I was told to take their money and run. It appears that the bail bond tree has rotted from the core and made almost all the fruit bad. Worst part, is that it is regulated by the insurance industry which controls a majority of this countries assets. Makes me and others concerned about the responsibility of that industry as well, and if they are paying certain others to look away and not investigate them because they control our society with their wealth and gamble with people's lives by using their invested funds to make themselves wealthy. My evidence being AIG,  where the American people bailed this giant out because "they are too big to fail." Where the global economy would crash if this company went bankrupt. Well, now myself and many other Americans  including others in the global economy are suffering for their actions of bad mortgage swaps.  However, that is a whole other topic. They got bailed out and I'm paying for it. Value of my house lost $50,0000 because of them, but I'm still paying my mortgage.

Rather than dwell on the negative, I will help others and remain positive, besides, those millionaires work their whole lives to keep other's from their money, I don't have that stress because I don't have any. Ya, life would be easier, but would I be happier? The "wealthy" I've met never seem happy. It's never enough.  What I have, has VALUE, because I know what it's like to have to earn it, not steal it or use other's to get it.

So I'm not a tough guy.

I am becoming more aware of the haters in the world today. So I have a young face and a nice personality. Just because I don't have tatoos and peircings doesn't mean I'm not tough. I will challenge anyone who wants to go a few rounds to do so. I'm as hard as they come, I don't need to prove it, I live it. I'm a Bail Bondsman, I turned wrenches most of my life, and I went to college.

The real problem is Napolean Syndrome, a.k.a. " Little Man Syndrom." They think they have something to prove all the time.

I have it made. I have no shame in being a big loveable person who cares about others.

If you cross me though, I will Break Your Face!!

Bail Bonds, Who Knew?

In recent months I have accomplished many things. I learned how to install windows and doors while working with my cousin. I made a few new friends who I like to chill with. Started another new job doing Bail Bonds. I'm glad for this new opportunity, it affords me the hobbies and things I enjoy in life that include spending time with friends and playing with motorcycles. I'm really just a simple man that enjoys simple things like gardening, cookouts, and traveling to happy places.

Today's world would be to easy to complain about anything really, from Politics to Religion. All have their faults, even I do......

I am going to try to bring my blog back to life in hopes of someone coming across it, maybe has a loved one who is locked up or got locked up recently. To help promote all the good things in life, the new connections. Just to share the wonderful moments that I seem to enjoy, no matter how simple they are.

Bail Bonds Agent,

Benjamin Edwin, at your service.

Up Incoming

Hello peoples.

I'm back on the prowl to improve my game. I've worked with several up incoming individuals that play at amateur levels in the billiard industry. My inspiration comes from my love for the game along with the many professional trick shot artists I have met in the last few years, one being Stefano Pelinga from Italy. He keeps the game as a gentlemen sport (ladies included) making sure to keep the highest standards of the game. It is sincere professionalism in my book and that is how I like to view it.

I will be posting pics as I continue my endeavors.

Hopefully personal videos will be coming of me playing pool.

If you have questions about what you are having trouble with in your game please feel free to email me with questions at

To be continued.....

Well I went back to college. I'm going to CCSU and I'm majoring in Actuarial Science, its a Math major. So far college is kicking my butt. My suggestion to anyone just starting is, just bite the bullet and go into debt if ya gotta cuz it is so hard when you try to go back after a while. Though life is not about how you end up, it is how you got there that is important.

Peace

My weekend in NH

I love New Hampshire. Every time I go there I never want to go home. I get to take in all of the beautiful nature located in Boscawen county located in Concord, NH. My friend Jay is a great guy to chill with. He always hooks me up and makes sure I have a blast every time I come up from CT. I like my network of friends up there because I feel no sense of peer pressure. I always have fun and the natural beauty of the area is absolutely wonderful. We party, we chill, we swim, we Rock and Roll Baby!

I like Math :)

I like Math because I can use it to calculate outcomes. I like to understand and have a good sense of the occurrence of a situation before it happens. For instance, the probability of me walking into a bar then going over to a woman at random and kissing her on the lips would have a calculated outcome. The outcome would be, according to probability, a smack in the face. Now on the other hand, if the women was my girlfriend the likely response would be a little tongue action. Math is a wonderful thing because it can be used for anything. I created this blog to help me concentrate on my Mathematical skills and focus my train of thought in order to prepare myself for a career in Actuarial Science; calculating Statistical Probabilities based on collected information about people. So for your enjoyment this is a link to Wikipedia about Texas Hold'em Calculations, enjoy.
